10th Annual Friends of the Poor Benefit

2018 Friends of the Poor BenefitPlan to join us for our 10th Annual Friends of the Poor Benefit on Sunday, April 22, 2018, 11 a.m. -3 p.m., at Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace.

The benefit raises money to help expand grants and other assistance to the conferences and the many volunteers as they serve the poor in the communities across Cook and Lake counties including clients of the Pope Francis Center, a social services agency focused on homelessness prevention.

Festivities include Drury Lane's delicious champagne brunch, fun games and prizes including HDTV's, and a 2018 Buick Encore sponsored by Ray Buick. Great entertainment provided by our famous Church Choir Challenge featuring choirs from St. Alphonsus (Lemont), St. Benedict (Chicago), St. Lambert (Skokie), and St. Mary (Evanston).

For the first time, guests in attendance and anyone unable to attend can watch and vote for their favorite choir during and after the live performances at Drury Lane on our Facebook page.

The choir with the most Facebook Likes by midnight Sunday, April 22, receives an additional $500!
