Society of St. Vincent de Paul Chicago

Annual Report

The work the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Chicago does each year to help our neighbors in need in Cook and Lake counties was only possible because thousands of individuals and organizations generously entrusted us with the resources we used to provide our aid. We are grateful for this trust; it supported our members, volunteers and staff as they offered direct, person-to-person assistance to local people struggling with poverty.

Direct financial contributions and major in-kind donations are crucial to our ability to conduct this mission of helping neighbors in need. St. Vincent de Paul receives only a small fraction of income from grants; we are not a social service agency and are not funded directly by either the government or the Church.
